BIM Modelling and Digitisation
At Bimacy, we create accurate, organised BIM models tailored to our clients’ needs, based on plans, point clouds, previous models or directly from scratch. We model any discipline and deliver models ready for use in design, coordination, construction, maintenance or technical analysis.

Benefits of the service

Ready-to-use models
We deliver clear, structured models that are compatible with your work tools, so you can use them right away.

Multidisciplinary specialisation
We model architecture, structure, and installations with the same technical rigour, ensuring coordination between all disciplines.

Adaptable to any type of input
We can generate BIM models from a variety of documentation: 2D plans, simplified models, point clouds, or physical references.

Time savings and error reduction
Having a well-constructed model from the outset prevents interference, facilitates review and increases efficiency in all phases of the project.
FAQs
What kind of information is needed to start BIM modelling?
We can work with PDF plans, CAD files, point clouds, or even basic 3D models. The more information available, the more accurate the model will be.
What level of detail (LOD) can you offer in the models?
We adapt to the level of detail required by the client or the project: from conceptual models for preliminary studies to detailed models for coordination, execution, or asset management. We work with standard levels of detail (LOD 100 to 500) and define them jointly at the beginning of the assignment.
Can the models delivered be used on site or for maintenance?
Yes. We adapt the models to their intended use, whether it be design, planning, construction, asset management, or technical maintenance.
How is the quality and consistency of the model guaranteed?
We follow defined modelling criteria, internal validations and quality control at every stage to ensure a professional and consistent result.
In what formats can the models be delivered?
We deliver in native formats (such as RVT) and open formats (such as IFC), depending on the tools used by the client or project team.
